In addition, you can work on continuously optimizing the entire process, from the data insights kick-off to the reporting phase, and sharing best practices and trends with all Digital specialists to improve channel and activation tactics. Based on these insights, you will then establish a top-notch activation plan across all channels and platforms, thereby exploring new channels and content innovations. To achieve this, you, together with the Digital Marketing team, will gather and present all data regarding this hero product. Think of The Advent Calendar which is expected to become a substantial part of the entire Digital sales this year. Working at Rituals means constant innovation. Closely follow trends and bring new ideas to the table to improve channels and activation tactics.Evaluate own work to derive and apply findings that help Rituals improve activation impact, ROI and customer engagement.Initiate and organize product and category activation kick-offs, digital scope meetings and digital campaign meetings thereby bringing together all Digital specialists and aligning content across all channels and platforms.Closely work together with Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, Marketing Campaign and UX departments to define optimal channel mix and customer journey for activation.Drive online excellence for full funnel end to end campaign activation (media planning). ![]()
